We strive to ensure that our clients enjoy the comfort and security of a conventional licensed U.S. institutional brokerage and banking environment without sacrificing the competitive rates and other features common to private placement financing. We aim to deliver the best of both worlds in a single custom institutional financing program to the extent we are able.
Our advisory staff is drawn principally from the Southwest Florida area but includes active and retired government, investment banking, real estate and financial management professionals whose input and counsel helps us remain focused on our client's needs and on new institutional partnership opportunities as they arise.
